  The 1 GigaByte Network

With Data Centers offering 180,000 square feet of raised floor data center across eight facilities in Houston, Dallas and London, designed for maximum uptime and peak efficiency, these data centers are regularly and independently audited to comply with industry best practice standards, such as SAS 70 Type II and ISO 9000:2001, we are posistioned to provide you with the best quality service in the business.

Our Inferstructure:

High performance and availability
Powerful servers; never overloaded/overcrowded
We hosts all accounts on powerful servers that can handle millions of hits daily, with no slow downs. Also, We are the only web host to truly guarantee that servers will not be overcrowded and/or overloaded. Our top priority is high speed and extended uptimes.

Uptime
When we build a server, uptime and speed are our main concerns. We put in the most powerful CPUs and as much RAM as the server can take. We always build redundancy into them, and by making sure our servers are not overloaded, servers work less and thus, last longer.

Network, Bandwidth, and Conectivity
We are connected to the Internet via several backbones through two powerful Cisco routers. Everything on our network is so redundant, our network downtime is on average just minutes every few years.

four diesel generators onsite, HVAC systems are condenser units by BOHN Our back-end provider currently owns and operates eight state of the art data centers in Dallas, Texas, and London offering complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity, and security. With over 180,000 sq ft of raised floor between the facilities.

The datacenter facility sits atop multiple power grids driven by TXU electric, with PowerWare UPS battery backup power and four diesel generators onsite. Our HVAC systems are condenser units by BOHN to provide redundancy in cooling coupled with multiple managed backbone providers. Twelve more third party backbone providers are available in the building via cross connect. Fire suppression includes a pre-action dry pipe system including VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) with over 700 smoke detectors between the two facilities.

Network Infrastructure

Our network architecture utilizes the Enterprise routing and switching engines from Juniper and Cisco. We utilize Juniper M20 routers as border routers, Cisco 6500 series switches in our distribution layer and Cisco 6500 switches in our aggregation layers, and Cisco 3500 and 2900 series switches at the customer layer. Our network is fully meshed and redundant with 11 backbone providers.
